SHIPPING CHARGES: Shipping charges are based on the amount of the order, product purchased and the method of shipping selected. Our standard shipping charges are based on shipment by UPS ground service of items shown on this web site and apply to the continental United States only. Items not normally inventoried but available for purchase from the manufacturers on this web site may have additional shipping charges applied. You will be informed of these charges at the time of quotation.

Air shipments are available at the exact charges incurred, the shipping charges listed above do not apply to air shipments. To receive a shipping quote on any air shipment, contact our office. For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and all foreign countries contact our office for estimated cost.

SALES OUTSIDE THE USA: On all export shipments, the purchaser is responsible for freight, customs, brokerage and any import fees. All shipments to foreign destinations must be paid in advance on American Dollars drawn on a U.S. bank.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Some items on this web site are made to order. These “Special Order” items are identified under the Item No. as SPECIAL ORDER ITEM. All orders for items containing the designation SPECIAL ORDER ITEM cannot be canceled, changed or returned for any reason once the order has been placed. The Special Order designation may also apply to products that are purchased from manufacturers on this site that are not shown on this web site. If you receive pricing on an item from a linked manufacturer, you will be informed as to whether the Special Order policy applies to that item in writing prior to purchasing that item.

PAYMENT: All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment or Special Order processing. We accept American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard and Visa as payment. Cashier checks and wire transfers can also be used for payment, contact our office for details.

RETURN POLICY: Stock Items purchased from this web site can be returned up to 30 days after shipment. These items must be new, unused and suitable for resale. Full credit less the original shipping charge will be applied back to the original credit card used to purchase the item. Remember, items marked Special Order SO or those considered Special Order cannot be returned under any circumstance.

WARRANTY/DEFECTIVE ITEMS: All products sold by Aqua-N-Lite are covered by the individual manufacturer’s warranty. The minimum warranty is (1) one year, however some manufacturers offer warranties that exceed one year for their products. If a warranty issue arises or if you have any questions about a particular manufacturer’s policy, contact our office.

SHIPPING DAMAGE: If you receive any product damaged during shipping, retain the original packaging for inspection purposes. Contact our office immediately to notify us to begin the claims process. Once the claim has been filed with the carrier involved, a replacement item or repair part will be sent to you directly.

OTHER: In no event shall Kina Enterprises Inc, DBA Aqua-N-Lite be liable for the contingent, incidental, or consequential damages due to the products use.
